Defeating Your New Year's Resolution, One Core Power at a Time

The holidays are over. It’s time to hit the gym and shed the weight those sugar cookies have left behind! You’ve made a commitment to yourself to make 2017 better and follow through with your New Year’s Resolution.
You get off to the right start, you set goals, you’re doing great BUT (yes the dreaded but) you can’t resist those midnight munchies! About one month in you’ll wake up in the middle of the night, grab a bag of chips and make yourself a double chocolate milkshake.
We’ve all been there. We know this WILL happen, it’s only a matter of when.
For years committing to a healthier lifestyle has been my go to New Year’s Resolution and for awhile I can do it. I feel great. Life is good. Then one day everything hits the fan and I want to gobble up the whole plate of brownies someone left in the break room.

To combat these moments of weakness, I turn to my secret weapon.
CORE POWER.
